Hi, I'm Cristina.
I'm the owner and creative heart behind Soft Touch Pet Spa. My journey started at home four years ago with the dogs I love most — my Shih Tzus — because I wanted them groomed by someone who would slow down and treat them gently. That love turned into a calling.
I earned my professional grooming certification and spent years honing the craft inside an established local shop. I have a special soft spot for senior dogs — the ones who need a little more patience — and I look at every animal I groom with real care.
Everything you see here — the name, the look, the whole Soft Touch feeling — is my own. It's how I show that comfort and creativity belong together.
